And if you don’t have time to train her, just adopt an adult cat. A grown up feline is already trained to listen to people, to use the litter box and eats solid dry food.

This Exotic Shorthair tabby cat is just a fluffy, over weigh cat who loves to sit around and wait. She doesn’t fight anyone over food, she doesn’t eat with chopsticks, she doesn’t do dramatic acts.

Giuly, 5 years-old loves to pose for the camera, being a some sort of a model among other cats. The pictures below were taken by owner Chiara Bagnoli, who lives in Florence, Italy. More photos on Chiara’s flickr account

Her name was Sybil and she was Chancellor Alistair Darling’s cat.

She was named after Basil Fawlty’s wife in the television show Fawlty Towers.

The black and white cat was a great mouser, say sources for Telegraph and she passed away after an illness.

Also according to the same article from Telegraph, rumors say prime minister Gordon Brown wasn’t too fond of the cat:

Amid rumours that Gordon Brown disliked the cat, his official spokesman said at the time: “The Prime Minister and [his wife] Sarah do not have a problem with it.”

Considering the fact that no major press agency bothered to say something about the video, I thought it’s just a hoax.

After that, I saw the assumed cruel video. The images are not at all shocking. The only shocking thing that might be is watching a black kitty shaking because she’s cold (we are shown that the kitty is wet).

I entered the site they said was created to help the poor kitties and all I saw was a spam site. Another huge internet scam! I wonder how many people actually believed it.

I’ve had a friend that, a few years ago, tried to make a bonsai kitten. I guess you all remember that hoax. Ok, it’s a joke, a scam, but these people who do this don’t think of the consequences? I mean, God knows how many stupid people actually tried to make a bonsai kitty or fish a shark using a kitty or a puppy.

It’s really stupid! The lame part is that the site “save our kitties from fishermen dot com” is still online and nobody is doing anything about it. Heck, maybe someone got rich after getting $20 from every person who thought the video is true and tried to save an innocent kitty life.

Please, if you really care about your pets, don’t give money to these people. They try to get to your soft side using pets, because let’s face it, our heart is melting when we see a cute kitty.
