If you use copyright protected pictures without permission you should AT LEAST be fair enough to give the photographers credit (this will not stop any possible court cases against you for copyright infringement).

Um, webmaster isn’t pretty obvious the big watermark on the photo? All the photos with watermarks on them appear just the way I get them. I’m not putting my copyright on them unless I made the photos. I will mention your site, as this is the fairest thing I can do
