I had a Russian Blue growing up. It was the best cat I’ve ever had.

I had a Russian Blue who had been thrown away from a breeder due to his hip dysplasia. He was about 3 weeks old and cute; very, very smart, too. This was the BEST cat I ever owned and he was so devoted and loving. I would love to have another Russian. Trotsky died when he was 17, in 2002 and I think of him every day! Thanks for the beautiful pictures. <3

I have a russian blue named Precious and she has hip problems and is very smart also, just like Mary’s trotsky. But the vet says she is just a small cat. she is only 8 but I don’t know what the life span is for russian blues she the best cat I have ever owned and I hope to get another soon!

The third picture down looks more like a British Blue Shorthair (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Blue) than a Russian Blue. Still cute, though.

we have 2 cats the older one is a Prussian cat named maxy and the younger one is a blue russian named princess we love them both even though princess is always try to bug maxy but now that she is older princess has stop bugging maxy often now its only one in a while and they are both so cute and lovely we love you 2 babys

I have a Russian named Paris, she is the best cat I’ve ever had. I cant get over how smart and playful she is considering she is 7yrs old. Paris is also an extremely loyal and devoted cat to me, no-wonder why they are called the ‘cat breed for dog lovers.’ I will never own another cat other then a Russian Blue.
